Driving Change

VISION

To transition society towards sustainable energy sources, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and mitigating climate change.

MISSION

A future powered by clean, renewable energy sources, where communities thrive in harmony with the environment, ensuring a sustainable and prosperous world for generations to come.

XTI Solar - Renewable Energy:
Growth Projections

Renewable energy resources make up 25% of the world’s electricity today, but according to the International Energy Agency its share is expected to reach 30% by the end of 2024. The resurgence follows a global slowdown in 2019, due to rising environmental concerns and falling technology costs.

Renewable energy in the future is predicted that by 2024, solar capacity in the world will grow by 600 Gigawatt (GW), almost double the installed total electricity capacity of Japan. Overall, renewable electricity is predicted to grow by 1.200 GW by 2024, the equivalent of the total electricity capacity of the US.

XTI Solar and its partners are installing 2 GW of PV power plants by 2024 and 2025 in the Dominican Republic, another 1 GW is planned for 2026.

XTI Africa is currently negotiating long-term partnerships for the construction and operation of PV power plants and environmental management systems with the governments of Namibia, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria and Congo.

XTI Waste to Energy:
Smart Waste Management Solutions

The integration of smart technology into waste management is indeed revolutionizing the sustainability landscape. Smart waste management systems leverage various technologies like sensors, robotics, and data analytics to optimize waste collection processes, reduce environmental impact, and enhance efficiency.

The exponential growth in municipal solid waste generation presents a significant challenge for global sustainability efforts. As populations increase and urbanization accelerates, so does the volume of waste produced, putting immense pressure on waste management infrastructure and natural ecosystems.

Addressing this issue requires a multifaceted approach that combines smart waste management technologies with comprehensive waste reduction, reuse, and recycling strategies.

Addressing the growing challenge of municipal solid waste XTI - Waste to Energy is developing individual concept together with governments in Africa and Latin America, communities and international business investors to transition towards a more sustainable and circular approach to waste management.

XTI Estate:
Smart City and The Environment

Real Estate is responsible for more than 1/3 of global CO2 emissions and affordable housing is in short supply.

Smart city concepts have been increasingly adopted as a way for cities and urban environments to reduce their carbon footprint, energy consumption, and pollution. So for a city to be more environmentally-friendly, we must, first, collect data about the environment.

XTI Estate develops smart living and flexible concepts with sustainable constructions in private real estate at affordable prices. Three projects are in development in Hungary, Austria and Croatia.

XTI Cars:
Investing in the EV market presents
substantial growth opportunities

CO2 emissions have a significant impact on climate and the environment, as they intensify the greenhouse effect and contribute significantly to global climate change. Nearly a quarter of these emissions worldwide are attributed to the transport sector. Electric vehicles offer a promising solution as they can provide a carbon-neutral alternative when powered by renewable energy sources.

China is a leading manufacturer and market for electric vehicles (EVs) globally. Companies such as Geely, BYD, Nio, Seres, and many others produce a variety of electric cars, including battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and plug-in hybrids (PHEVs).

These electric vehicles are sold both in the domestic Chinese market and internationally. China also has ambitious goals for electrifying the transportation sector to reduce environmental impact and address climate change. The country actively promotes the use of electric vehicles through financial incentives, subsidies, and expanding charging infrastructure.

Furthermore, Chinese companies heavily invest in research and development of new technologies for electric vehicles, including battery technologies, autonomous driving, and connectivity. This contributes to Chinese EVs playing a significant role in the global automotive market.

China has emerged as a dominant player in the electric vehicle market, with more EVs sold in China than in the rest of the world combined, and nearly five times as many as in Germany, which holds the second position. Several factors contribute to the exponential growth of the Chinese market, including government subsidies for electric vehicles, the proliferation of mini electric vehicles, and the emergence of more affordable brands.

In Europe, there has been a rapid increase in electric vehicle adoption, with plug-in hybrids accounting for the highest share of total electric vehicle sales worldwide. This growth is driven by the availability of a wider range of models, expansion of the market, and purchasing incentives. The European market is expected to maintain this momentum as EU countries implement stricter CO2 emissions standards and transition towards zero-emission vehicles.

However, the growth of the electric vehicle market is largely concentrated in certain regions, namely China, Europe, and the US, which collectively account for approximately 95% of global electric vehicle sales. In contrast, other parts of the world are struggling to catch up due to factors such as limited government subsidies, insufficient public charging infrastructure, and high prices of electric vehicles.

Expanding their sustainable branches, XTI Holdings has decided to collaborate with Chinese manufacturers through XTI Cars to develop the European market together as the electric vehicle market continues to expand.

Collaborating with other companies, including manufacturers, suppliers, and technology providers, can accelerate innovation and market penetration, fostering growth and competitiveness in the EV market.

Nera-Tec Technology:
Drinking Water Treatment

Access to clean drinking water remains a significant challenge in many parts of the world. While progress has been made in recent years, millions of people still lack access to safe and reliable sources of drinking water. Several factors contribute to this issue:

Overall, addressing the challenges related to drinking water in developing countries requires a multi-stakeholder approach involving government intervention, community participation, technological innovations, and sustainable water management practices. By working together, stakeholders can make progress, towards ensuring access to safe and clean drinking water for all people.

Nera-Tec is a company specializing in drinking water treatment and biological disinfection. Drinking water treatment refers to the process of purifying and making water safe for human consumption by removing contaminants, such as bacteria, viruses, chemicals, and other impurities.

Nera-Tec holds approvals throughout the European Union for various applications, ranging from human hygiene and hospital hygiene to drinking water, disinfectants, the veterinary sector, as well as food and feed.

These approvals cover different product categories in accordance with EU regulations for biocidal products. This includes products for the disinfection of drinking water, combating pathogens in hospitals and other healthcare facilities, surface disinfection in food processing plants, as well as animal hygiene in the veterinary sector.

Thus, Nera-Tec offers a wide range of solutions for disinfection and water treatment, as well as ensuring hygiene in various environments and industries. Through their EU approvals, they can offer their products and services in a large market area and comply with strict regulatory requirements.

Nera-Tec is currently working on drinking water treatment projects in Nigeria and developing a comprehensive concept for India.
